For one of our clients, a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Senior Associate for Finance Performance.

Responsibilities:

Timely Reporting: Actively participate in the timely preparation of various managerial and regular reports for management boards and external stakeholders
Budgets and Forecasts: Contribute to the preparation and execution of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide support and collaborate with the Board of Directors, Senior Leaders, and relevant departments in analyzing performance and financial information through regular and ad hoc analyses
Process Improvement: Perform thorough analyses of reporting results and recommend improvements to reporting processes
Internal Control Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing internal control and reporting systems, offering recommendations for optimization
Market and Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze the insurance market, macroeconomic indicators, and financial results of competitors to provide valuable insights
Project Involvement: Lead or participate in various projects on an ad hoc basis, focusing on digitalization, process improvement, and other strategic initiatives
Adaptability: Undertake additional tasks as requested by the immediate superior, showcasing adaptability and a solution-oriented approach

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or Actuarial Science. A Master’s degree is advantageous
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions, demonstrating a strong track record in finance and performance analysis
