For one of our clients a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Payments Specialist.

We are looking for an analytical and mathematical mindset, and a well-organized, target-oriented, and motivated person with a high sense of responsibility to maintain a safe, risk-aware, and secure online environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor client`s accounts and transaction data for suspicious activities and possible fraud
• Review and process transactions in accordance with internal procedures
• Resolve customers’ complaints/issues in relation to fraud, risk, and payments
• Communicate with other departments through all the company’s channels
• Ensure that any supporting documentation is provided and regularly updated

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Very good English (other languages are an advantage)
• Excellent computer skills
• Proven analytical thinking, proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Previous experience in online payments and fraud product environment is essential
• Very responsible and dynamic person, and a strong team player
