Position Overview:

As a Risk/Dealing Desk Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to monitor exposure across a range of financial instruments.

You will produce detailed reports on market conditions, forecast trends, and analyze client reactions. Additionally, you will oversee transactions to ensure their financial positioning is accurate and actionable. An essential part of your role will involve ensuring our operational systems function smoothly, ensuring top-tier service delivery to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading platforms to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct daily surveillance of client transactions and activities, investigating any anomalies
• Prepare daily and special reports for Senior Management
• Stay informed about market trends and financial market developments
• Ensure the company’s hedged exposure is accurate
• Implement hedging strategies as defined by management
• Analyze client trading activities and exposures
• Develop and update company policies and procedures
• Oversee the reception, transmission, and execution of client orders
• Identify and resolve issues promptly

Required Skills and Competencies:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Strong understanding of financial markets
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
