We are looking for a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager to run PPC campaigns and monitor paid search budgets.

In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers.
Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.)

What You’ll Do:

• Own all aspects of paid activities, including initial planning, creative, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
• Run, manage, and optimize campaigns across different platforms – Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, Taboola, OutBrain, RevContent, etc.
• Research, run, manage, and optimize campaigns across developer-centered networks like Reddit, Stack overflow, etc.
• Create and optimize copy for ads, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Test tactics, messaging, creativity, budgets, and anything needed to drive paid strategy & execution plan to exceed its aggressive growth targets.
• Perform deep data-driven analysis for insightful decision-making and optimization.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and teammates on the marketing team in order to align on positioning, creative/content, etc.
• Conduct competitive research, identify business implications, & share findings.
• Stay up-to-date on the best practices for SEM/PPC strategy.
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
• Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.


• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Affiliate Marketing Manager.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.)
• Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with strong math skills.
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with ABM tactics and strategy.
• English native speaker – A must
• Tag Manager knowledge – A must
• Ability to learn new software tools, processes, and technologies quickly.
• Great organizational and collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills with a data-driven mentality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for driving results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools and capabilities (Such as Marketo), Proficiency using a CRM system (Salesforce) – A plus.
