For one of our clients – operating in the field of financial services, we are looking to hire an Office Manager!

You will work within a cross-functional team to build and raise our data quality within the Customer database.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with all administrative tasks in the office;
  • Draft documents and correspondence;
  • Handle and file all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents;
  • Secure the needed office supplies;
  • Coordinate meetings and visits;
  • Receive incoming phone calls and visitors and direct them to the right person in the company. 

Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English; 
  • Previous experience as Administrative/Office assistant;
  • MS-Office skills;
  • Highly people-oriented and organized;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Team player with excellent business manners and behavior;
