For one of our clients – operating in the field of financial services, we are looking to hire an Office Manager!
You will work within a cross-functional team to build and raise our data quality within the Customer database.
- Support the team with all administrative tasks in the office;
- Draft documents and correspondence;
- Handle and file all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents;
- Secure the needed office supplies;
- Coordinate meetings and visits;
- Receive incoming phone calls and visitors and direct them to the right person in the company.
- University degree;
- Fluency in both spoken and written English;
- Previous experience as Administrative/Office assistant;
- MS-Office skills;
- Highly people-oriented and organized;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Team player with excellent business manners and behavior;
