Responsibilities:

• Managing a remote team of VIP agents
• Managing a team of VIP experts
• Managing the VIP P&L
• Building matrix to optimize VIP value and retention
• The ability to work flexible hours when required
• Keeping up to date with any significant industry changes that may affect the VIP accounts
• You will have a professional approach to work and a real passion to be the very best, taking pride in the products our clients create and deliver
• Keeping up to date with any significant industry changes that may affect the VIP accounts
• Providing accurate weekly and monthly reporting
• Dealing with escalated issues/queries for VIPs, sourcing solutions to ensure effective resolution, and proactively offering advice
• Cultivating a strong relationship with VIP players, developing them through regular one to one correspondence by email, telephone, live chat
• Creating an enhanced, proactive service for VIP members to create and encourage loyalty and increase customer satisfaction levels
• Analyzing and pro-actively anticipating VIP needs and identifying new opportunities
• Assisting with the acquisition of new VIPs
• Analyzing and reporting on VIP activity
• Responsibility for VIP gifts and events
