We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our esteemed client’s team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to partners and customers, delivering pre-sales technical assistance and post-sales support services
• Lead and develop educational programs, manuals, and materials for partners and colleagues, preparing and presenting technical demonstrations of our product line
• Collaborate with the sales team as the principal technical advisor, identifying and resolving all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Offer optimal solutions for technical security and safety equipment
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the market

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within the Security & Safety industry (technical protection)
• Strong technical expertise with knowledge of video surveillance, intrusion, access control, and intercom system
• A university degree in a technical field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A high degree of teamwork, responsibility, flexibility, and proactivity
• Ability to achieve corporate goals
• Affinity for new technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and internet usage
• Fluency in English (B2 level)
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business
• High level of work ethic and integrity
