Business Development Representative – White Space

Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency, providing strategic consulting services in the areas of the private business sector worldwide. For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Development Representative – White Space
Main responsibilities:
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the Bulgarian market
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Carry out sales forecasts and analyses and present your findings to senior management
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
- Has a good understanding of the products’ portfolio and be able to advise others about them
- Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills/feel at ease at cold calls with target partners and customers
- Proven track records of working with system integrators or/and big end-usersIT market understanding, experience, and ability to identify and develop new and effective business opportunities for the Company
- Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in channel development in Enterprise, public segments and telco with a demonstrable (proven) track record of developing from scratch strong relationships with customers
The following will be considered as an advantage:
- Experience with CRM technologies, pipeline, forecasting experience
- Driving license cat. B
- General knowledge of networking technologies, servers, storages, UPSs, data center equipment, etc.
